Nic completed his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy degree and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology both from McMaster University. Nic grew up in Stoney Creek and is proud to be in a position to give back to the community. He has a passion for everything related to sports and optimizing the performance of the athletes and weekend warriors he works with.
Nic has experience working with patients with an age range of 5 months old all the way to 95 years old. Nic uses his knowledge of manual therapy techniques, soft tissue release therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture and exercise prescription to optimize his patient’s recovery and overall function.

Zach was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. His interest in rehabilitation came from receiving treatment over many years for multiple sports injuries. As an athlete, he understands how important it is to seek treatment to heal injuries, but also that regular treatment is essential to preventing them.
Graduating from McMaster University with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and Ontario College of Health and Technology with an Honours Massage Therapy Diploma, Zach has built a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise prescription. Over his years of experience as an RMT, Zach has treated individuals from all walks of life. His practice incorporates a wide range of different techniques, along with a home exercise program that empowers his patients to take their treatments into their own hands when not at the clinic.

Cam began his education journey at Wilfrid Laurier University where he completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2018. During his time at Laurier, Cam worked on campus as an assistant in the athletic therapy clinic as well as at a private physiotherapy clinic within the area. Cam furthered his education at the Université de Montréal where he completed a research based Master’s of Science degree in 2022 with his research focused on concussion rehabilitation in the elite athlete population. He continued this interest in injury rehabilitation by obtaining a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2024.
Cam has always had an interest in sports and everything active as he grew up camping, hiking, and playing a variety of sports, such as hockey, soccer, rugby. He is a fan of all sports teams in Toronto, but is also a fan of the Detroit Red Wings, Paris Saint Germain, Las Vegas Raiders, and Hamilton Ticats. You can often find Cam at the local rock-climbing gym, running around town to prepare for his next race, skating in a local hockey league, or playing volleyball when he is not in the clinic.
Cam’s care is rooted around a manual therapy, educational, and exercise-based approach with a client-centered perspective to ensure every client’s unique goals are obtained.
